About Carter Kustera
I am an internationally exhibiting artist producing socially conscious post pop art in a variety of mediums and expressions for over thirty years. My fine art often deals with issues of violence, race, and identity through the prism of color, text and satire. On the flip side, I also create affordable and accessible commissioned silhouette and text portraits for the not necessarily art collecting public. I love that my fine artwork can be in art galleries and museums and that my simple, colorful portraits of loved ones and pets find a welcomed place in many people\'s homes. When there is not a writers and actors strike I also work as a scenic artist for film and TV.
