ABOUT CARTER HUFF
I’m a driven and detail-oriented student pursuing a B.S. in Recreation and Sport Management at the University of Arkansas, with minors in Communication and Journalism. With hands-on experience across sports media, athletic operations, and communications, I’m passionate about a career in collegiate athletics; especially in athletic communications and administration. My ultimate goal is to become an associate athletic director. My background includes communications work with Arkansas Razorbacks Athletics, reporting for The Arkansas Traveler, assisting with operations at Nike Basketball Camps, managing the Episcopal Collegiate football team, and filming high school athletics for Next Up Sports Media. I currently serve on the Razorback Foundation Collegiate Board and bring strong writing, editing, and digital media skills to each opportunity. In addition to my professional experiences, I’m actively involved in Kappa Sigma fraternity leadership and have been recognized for my work in broadcast journalism and sports media by the Arkansas Scholastic Press Association. I also founded and run my own sports blog, carterbhuffsports.com, where I analyze games, tell athlete stories, and explore trends in collegiate athletics.
