Coming from an Audio-Video and Media background, my growth into the collaboration space was a natural fit. During my tenure, the company has built out or retrofitted 40+ conference rooms with Webex technology in 3 cities in 4 months. From on-site management of the integration, to development of Webex training documentation, to training associates from the C-Suite to fellow associates, I was given the opportunity to grow into the UC environment. In the process, I leveraged my knowledge and relationships across many disciplines in the IT organization to bring the awesome potential of collaboration technology to life for the company.
