ABOUT CARTER COSTELLO
I am currently a Junior at Siena University studying Communications with a concentration in Digital Marketing. Throughout my college career I have gained hands-on experience in marketing and social media through my work with the Siena Admissions Office. As part of the social media team and a marketing intern, I create engaging promotional content, work in event operations, photography, connect with prospective students, and help showcase the Siena experience in an authentic way.This summer, I’ll be working as a Traveling Communications Intern with the AJGA, where I will be responsible for tournament coverage through social media, photography, videography, course and multimedia content, helping bring the competition and the athletes’ stories to life for fans, families, and the broader golf community. I also will be assisting with course operations, such as scoring, starting, and enforcing pace of play. My team and I will be responsible for ensuring the success for the most premier junior golf tournaments in the world.I’m interested in marketing and communications roles (or any role related to in the sports/golf industry) that value creativity, strong storytelling, and real connection.
