My job is primarily focused on the production of all food ticket orders and making sure that the back end of concessions is flowing smoothly. We have upwards of 15 to 20 parties a day so my job is to make sure that the party\'s food as well as the walk-in customers get their food in a timely manner. At the end of the day, closing everything in concessions consists of shutting things off, restocking, cleaning/wiping everything down, and closing the cash register.
