ABOUT CARSTEN LEXA

I am the founder and owner of the law firm Lexa, a German law firm specialized in the extra-judicial advice to companies, particularly in the areas of business start-ups, franchising, corporate transactions, M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and contract design. We strongly focus on the care of clients outside of Germany who want to be active in Germany with their current business or with a new business.I am also one of the founders of \"Gründen@Würzburg\", an initiative by the German City of Würzburg and several local institutions and private businesses to start and support the startup community in this vity, a member of the B20 Taskforces that advises the G20 on Business Policies and by invitation of the European Commission a delegate at the annual SME Assembly.I was honored to gather international Business experiences in 2016 & 2017 as the Chairman of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs´ Alliance (G20 YEA) and the G20 YEA President Germany (and the host of the 2017 G20 YEA Summit in Berlin for Wirtschaftsjunioren Deutschland, WJD) and was in addition a three-time German delegate with G20 YEA Germany from 2013 to 2015. Ich bin der Gründer und Inhaber der Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Lexa - Kanzlei für Wirtschaftsrecht, einer deutschen Anwaltskanzlei mit Spezialisierung in der außergerichtlichen Beratung von Unternehmen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Unternehmensgründungen, Franchising, Unternehmenstransaktionen, M&A und Vertragsgestaltung. Ein Schwerpunkt ist dabei die Betreuung von Mandanten, die in Deutschland geschäftlich aktiv werden wollen und dazu ein Unternehmen gründen oder Hife bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen benötigen.Darüber hinaus engagiere ich mich bei \"Gründen@Würzburg\", der Startup-Initiative in Würzburg, die ich mit gegründet habe, bin Mitglied in den Taskforces der B20-Gruppe und Teilnehmer an der SME Assembly auf Einladung der Europäischen Kommission.
