Ensure coherence between Programmes and Procurement matters and assuch define and agree the appropriate procurement approach- Organise tender evaluation & supplier selection/negotiation process for the overall project according to sourcing strategies & project constraints- Coordinate the Supply Management functions supporting the Bid Management proposal(Procurement Contract Management, Commodity Management, Supply Chain & Quality Management, Supplier Development Management)- Ensure that procurement processes are correctly and consistentlyapplied- Prepare & submit a cost brochure detailing Supply Managementcommitments (products prices plus procurement effort)Supplier Delivery Manager- Be the internal and external single point of contact for A-Supplier overall deliverables- Ensure supplier delivers products and related documentation & services OQ OT OC- Develop and monitor schedule including supplier performance with supplier in accordance to company and project needs- Lead monthly performance and progress reviews with supplier and internal stakeholders- Lead all negotiations between supplier and company in strategic and operational business as single point of contactWithin a Product Line / Project - Act as focal point towards the Product Line / Project for all productsprocurement / purchase matters- Is accountable for OQ OT OC delivery of products and relateddocumentation & services- As such, coordinate the Supply Management functions (CommodityManagement, Supply Chain & Quality Management, Supplier DevelopmentManagement) involved in this process- Be the Project preferred interface to the Supply Management organisation- Ensure that purchasing processes are correctly and consistently applied- Facilitate the exchange of information and lessons learnt between projects- Issue a Supply Management consolidated report for Project / Product Line (hardware cost, TCO including non quality cost, OQ / OT metrics, issues, risks & opportunities)
