Hospitality professional for over 30 years, majority of time worked for Hilton in a number of countries and regions around the world, including Germany, Turkey, China, Sri Lanka, Maldives. Experienced in leading and managing multiple properties in the Maldives, Conrad, Hilton and Waldorf Astoria collection and Hilton Hotels in Colombo, Sri Lanka. After leaving Hilton end of 2012 and an exciting consulting role in Fiji, I joined The small Maldives Island Company as a business partner and General Manager of Finolhu Island Maldives to be opened in 2015. Between January 2015 and end 2015 I did a project for Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa Maldives heading the operation to re position the Resort into a truly 5 star luxury resort. Since early 2016 I\'m an independent consultant for the industry, currently working on several concepts, including an exciting beach Club concept, most recently in the Maldives and Poland. I have extensive experience and knowledge in luxury, in the development of concepts, business plans and strategies, re branding as well as openings, quick turn arounds and trouble shooting. I worked closely with development teams and was responsible in the acquisition of management contracts in the Seychelles, Maldives and Sri Lanka, assisting in acquiring projects in China and South Africa. I\'m very much driven by commercial success, sustainable growth, operational excellence as well as the development of talents.
