ABOUT CARSTEN RASCHE
I support organizations to succeed in their Digital and Agile Transformation. I provide tailor made concepts to scale the work of their self-organized/agile teams and modern change-management-concepts. I’m passionate about co-creating the best solution with our clients and help them succeed in delivering their products. My goal is to empower organization to independently adjust and further develop their working system after my consulting appointment has ended. To achieve this goal, I use existing agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) and other concepts like Sociocracy. I have a strong background working with organizations in the Finance, Insurance, Retail, Automotive and Medical Technology field.
