With over 27 years of experience in engineering, operations, and management consulting, I am a passionate and results-oriented partner and co-owner of a management consultancy that helps companies improve their competitiveness through supply chain mastery and competence building. My core competencies include operational excellence, transformation, strategic leadership, project management and lean six sigma. I have a diploma in mechanical and electrical engineering from Technische Universität Dresden, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences from working in different countries and industries.In my current role, I leverage my expertise and skills to provide customized and innovative solutions to clients across various sectors, such as manufacturing, energy, automotive and pharma.
