I’m passionate about shaping the future of healthcare through innovation, digital transformation, and smart process design. With over 10 years of experience in innovation, health economics, information systems, and strategic management, I’m currently driving the advancement of clinical process management at University Hospital Leipzig (UKL). My work focuses on understanding how people, technology, and processes interact in everyday clinical practice. By analyzing operations across medical, nursing, and administrative areas, I identify opportunities and help teams embed optimized routines.
