About Carson Combs
After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2021, I accepted a full time job in Kansas City with Burns & McDonnell. For the first 3.5 years of my career, I worked in the Systems Department of the Water Global Practice. Gaining experience in collection system modeling, data management, and sanitary sewer design. In November of 2024, I transferred to the Transmission and Distribution Global Practice within Burns & McDonnell. I currently work as a Transmission Engineer, specializing in high-voltage overhead transmission projects. I look forward to furthering my experience and expertise through project work and networking!
