About Carson Ware

I am a second-year business and finance student who enjoys taking on opportunities that help me grow as both a professional and a leader. At the Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre, I have developed skills in communication, teamwork, and facilitation. I have taken on responsibilities as a Facilitations Team Lead, contributed to welcoming new members through First Impressions, and gained foundational experience as a New Hire.Outside of sales, I have built experience working with children as a Classroom Lead at BrightPath Active Learning, where I create individualized learning plans and foster positive peer interactions. Coaching youth soccer has given me the chance to mentor players, build confidence, and design training programs that drive results on and off the field.I bring the same work ethic to every role, from coaching to classroom leadership to hands-on maintenance work, always aiming to leave things better than I found them. I am eager to continue developing my skills in business and finance while making meaningful contributions to the teams and communities I am part of.

   I was selected from a high-achieving group of over 60 applicants to pledge the fraternity with 18 other students. I participated in a rigorous 5-week pledge program consisting of professional development activities and networked with 100+ active brothers in an effort to create meaningful relationships among the fraternity.
