About Carson Spesard

I am a driven, adaptable Mechanical Engineer with experience designing parts for CNC, Additive, and Injection Molding for many verticals including Consumer Products, Oil & Gas, and Medical Devices. I have built a skillset over a decade of experience that includes project management, CAD design, GD & T, and design for manufacturing processes. At Fast Radius, I review CNC parts for manufacturability. I work with customers to give DFM feedback and design recommendations, and communicate with Supply Chain to ensure we build parts to meet customer requirements. During my 7 year career at Schlumberger, I communicated daily with field personnel to troubleshoot failures of equipment, and I manage the many vendors and suppliers who manufacture our equipment. I have managed many engineering projects, including generation of a data gathering strategy and implementation plan for equipment, design and manufacturing of a custom-built electric-over-hydraulic testing skid, and the design and manufacturing of custom oilfield Well Services equipment. I am a hard worker, adaptable to an evolving environment, and always excited for a new challenge.
