During my Sales and Management Internship at Keating Chevrolet, I gained hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment, working directly with customers and sales professionals to understand the full vehicle sales process. I learned how to qualify leads, present product features, negotiate pricing, and close deals across a range of Chevrolet models. In addition to sales, I shadowed department managers and the general manager to gain exposure to dealership operations, including inventory management, finance, and team leadership. This experience sharpened my communication skills, taught me how to build trust quickly, and gave me a front-row seat to how operational decisions impact revenue, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
