About Carson Fish

I am a student at the University of Nevada, Reno, pursuing a degree in Business Administration. I am also the current President of the Beta Phi Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity, a national organization that values truth, temperance, and tolerance. As the President, I have developed and implemented chapter initiatives, managed a six figure budget, ensured compliance with policies, and facilitated 200+ person events. I have also improved my leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, while building lifelong relationships with my brothers and alumni. In my previous role as the Vice-President of Theta Chi Fraternity, I led a team of committee heads, set judicial standards, and presented to large audiences. I also learned how to plan and execute goals, uphold values, and manage people effectively. Through these experiences, I have gained a passion for leading and inspiring others, as well as a commitment to personal and professional growth. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to any team or organization, and I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to future challenges.
