Athlete-to-athlete Mentorship Program @Athlete To Athlete

Through Athlete-To-Athlete I have mentored younger athletes on balancing academic, athletic, and personal responsibilities, while strengthening leadership and communication skills. I have worked hard to facilitate one-on-one mentorship sessions to promote goal setting and resiliency in athletics and academics. It has been an amazing process serving as an experienced role model by modeling professionalism, time management, and a strong work ethic. This opportunity has also helped me to work in a positive and inclusive team culture while fostering personal and athletic development among mentees.
