ABOUT CARSON COTTER

I am a detail-oriented, self-motivated, lifelong learner and Contracts professional with 8 years of training and contracts management experience to include federal contract management, instructional design, training administration, training management, and elementary school teaching. My expertise includes creation of digital marketing content, marketing strategies, and digital branding developed to increase brand awareness. Previously, I established a federal training department through creation of an administrative training program. My experience ranges from management of a learning management system to creation of instructional materials and training, as well as all aspects of federal contract support- including compliance auditing, implementation of new training programs and regulation of training documentation. My skill set includes, but is not limited to, a keen eye for detail, interpersonal communication skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, digital marketing, contract compliance, instructional design, and training management and administration. I also am experienced working on and developing online learning management systems (LMS) and am proficient in a wide variety of programs ranging from Microsoft Office Suite to Adobe Captivate and Adobe Creative Suite. I have passion and drive for people and training that sets me apart.
