Since joining Horizon Credit Union, working with my team, I have been able to take on a variety of roles to support the organizationCurrently acting as lead Phone Administrator, creating projects and handling tasks including Setting up Disaster Recovery for Phone system with Datacenter located in Boise, allowing Data replication and Fail-Over Completed overhaul of Genesys PureConnect Phone Tree system, re-recording voice lines, adding new prompts, creating new Hunt Groups, as well as supporting the organization by welcoming and supporting new members from recent merger Managing The Cisco Unity and Unified environment for maintenance, as well as creation of new users and phonesTaking on VM Administration by orchestrating and maintaining vSphere Environment Performed VM Maintenance, including fixing multiple servers NIC\'s to utilize proper 10 GB Networking, from the misconfigured 1 GB NIC\'s Attended VCP training to better maintain and improve the vSphere Environment Actively supporting and helping to plan Server Upgrades and bring online new VM\'sWorking various tasks and technology stacks to improve knowledge and be valuable to the organization Leading Okta as primary administrator, bringing to the company App Based Access Management, as well as enrolling over 5 primary apps into the system to allow for 2-Factor Authentication with Identity Management Took over Cert Monitoring, which had not yet been implemented, using SolarWinds Orion to manage certification expirations with Alerts setup Documenting various processes missingWorking to upgrade and bring about new changes to organization whenever improvements are found Implemented and brought in Password Manager utilizing Federation for helping secure passwords, and allow ease of team wide shared passwords Brought to organization the proposal and plan to move to an Azure Environment and E5 Licensing, completed by bringing full Cost of Investment, ROI, as well as plan to move forward
