About Carsen Murray
I am a former NCAA Division I student-athlete who graduated from Marquette University with double majors in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Marketing, along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Throughout my academic and athletic career, I developed a strong foundation in servant leadership, teamwork, time management, and conflict resolution — skills that continue to shape my professional journey.Currently, I serve as a Business Development Associate in Private Wealth Management at Baird. In this role, I work diligently to support Baird Financial Advisor practices and enhance the client experience. My focus is on helping advisors grow more effective, sustainable businesses so they, in turn, can provide the highest level of service to their clients.I am deeply passionate about creating equitable opportunities for others and making a meaningful impact in everything I do.
