He currently serves as an Operations Specialist Intern at Dakland Solutions, working with teams across multiple hospitals in the U.S. to reduce supply waste and improve ordering efficiency.At Dakland, Carsen supports initiatives focused on optimizing storage systems, enhancing inventory processes, and applying lean practices that drive measurable cost savings—contributing to projects that have helped healthcare organizations save millions of dollars while improving operational consistency.Previously, Carsen worked as a Supply Chain Intern at HPSI in the healthcare industry, where he contributed to contract management, procurement processes, pricing validation, and vendor relationship support. These experiences strengthened his ability to analyze complex data, evaluate agreements, and support decisions that directly impact cost and performance.With over ten years of customer service and leadership experience, Carsen is known for his reliability, ownership, and problem-solving mindset. His background spans operations, transportation coordination, financial analysis, and hands-on business execution—experience that has helped streamline processes, improve margins, and consistently deliver results.Carsen brings an analytical mindset, strong organization, and a bias toward action and continuous improvement to every role.
