Industry leader in all aspects of project strategy and delivery for the process industries, hydrogen, upstream oil & gas, refining, LNG, chemicals, and specialist manufacturing. Proven experience in providing project and portfolio strategic leadership, setting project vision, building successful teams and achieving excellent results for some of the most challenging projects in the industry.I have undertaken a very wide range of senior roles directing and managing some of the largest and most complex projects in the business. I have honed my skills over 25+ years to become a subject matter expert in project management and business development, with particular expertise in risk management, engineering management, EHS management, procurement strategy, construction strategy, planning and cost estimating for both client and contractor organisations. My broad and extensive experience in project delivery for both client and contractor organisations across numerous businesses has enabled me to provide project assurance reviews and ‘deep dives’ for multiple companies. This has led to significant improvements in project outcomes, together with improvements to company procedures and guidelines.I have developed, coached and mentored numerous high performing individuals, all of whom have continued to progress well in their careers. Feedback from my clients, contractors and those I work with confirms that my management approach works for the benefit of the organisations I work with and the individuals involved.
