It was established in 2007, to serve Communities and Counties located within the Central Florida area. CFCPD Board Members and Staff have over 20 years experience in community planning and development. We presently market our services by working with grassroots neighborhood associations, community revitalization agencies, local business leaders, community residents and governmental agencies.Most recently, we have been playing a key role in the acquisition and restoration of Lamarr Avenue Historic Church in Central Tampa. Once the restoration is completed it will be the home of the Tampa Heights Junior and Senior Civic Associations. It will also be used as a Community Center.
