In this role I am responsible for supervising the Manufacturing Engineering Technicians and junior to mid-level level Manufacturing Engineers. I assign and prioritize their work load. Other duties include roles consistent with being a Principal Manufacturing Engineer. I participate in MRB, CAPA analysis, DFM, supplier assessments, as well as other Manufacturing Engineering activities. I participate in the customer complaint process by evaluating root cause and implementing effective solutions to eliminate the root cause.
