Supporting outstanding employees and creating an environment in which they will thrive while accomplishing the mission of the Foundation. I lead all aspects of the talent management cycle including: recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, well-being, and retention (in partnership with Chief People Officer). I\'ve implemented more proactive employee recruitment strategies, enhanced our onboarding program, developed new employee learning and development experiences, and designed a year-long wellbeing program. In 2024, I created and launched the Foundation\'s first cohort-based leadership development program to enhance managers\' strengths in communication, collaboration, performance management, employee coaching, and more.

I am passionate about adult learning, leadership, and professional development, and lucky enough to make that a core focus of my work in multiple settings. Working alongside organizational leaders and subject-matter experts, I help answer the question,\"but how do we teach that?\" in meaningful and effective ways.Beyond these \"official\" roles, I am a serial entrepreneur and hobbyist, always coming up with new ideas to bring fun projects to life. I\'m certified in mindfulness facilitiation and teaching yoga and I own a small business that sells beeswax home products.
