Research and implement all marketing communication programs for Michigan Medicine Laboratories (MLabs) consistent with overall organizational strategic goals. Independently consult with and advise leadership on goal-based marketing communication strategies. Responsible for developing and supporting the execution of all marketing campaigns promoting specific reference laboratory services offered through MLabs (e.g, molecular diagnostics, hematopathology, dermatopathology) including new venture projects. Assist in the development of annual, long- and short-term marketing strategy and plans. Be the brand lead across all other marketing functions — both in brand strategy, promotion, and creation.
