   Phans For Racial Equity

   Jul 2018 — Present · US

   Phans for Racial Equity (PHRE) promotes racial equity and respect for difference within the live music community and beyond. As the training team lead, I\'ve developed anti-racist training materials for concert venue staff and music fans. I also manage a key partnership improving inclusivity with a large concert venue on the east coast. We are in the process of developing a scalable tool for concert venues to audit their culture, policies and procedures.
