Carrier Johnson + CULTURE is a unique design laboratory emphasizing the value of brand strategy in three dimensional environments. The approach focuses on clarifying \"actual\" client needs versus industry assumptions of need in an effort to avoid unnecessary spatial expense. We do this through a unique process of discovery in which the client is submerged our CULTURE team identifying their unique and market separating brand.we seek to uncover those unique qualities that sets each client part.Carrier Johnson + CULTURE then leverages this brand discovery to the realization of physical space consistent with the unique qualities of the entity\'s CULTURE or Brand. The result is a space appropriate to client expression, right sized, right designed, and emphasizing cultural overlay in physical terms. The result is an enhancement of each client\'s unique CULTURE and their ability to leverage this through recruiting and retaining valuable talent.
