Carrie Perrien Smith MBA is an entrepreneur, community servant, and musician.She’s a training, communication, and publishing industry veteran. Since 2003, this third-generation entrepreneur has run a marketing, branding, and publishing company, Soar with Eagles. From 2003 to 2019, she helped speakers, authors, business leaders, and political candidates get more clients, bigger paydays, and sweeter success. Her corporate career was spent with Texas Instruments and Walmart. She is now solely focused on her own professional projects. In late 2020, she will launch a new mastermind-format training program called #Rockability. It will focus on the needs of business owners who are ready to make a next-level transition in their companies and careers. It will provide accountability and coaching focused on the needs of the entrepreneur-turned-business-rock-star. Rock your life. Rock your brand. They have a ton of fun as empty nesters and they want to inspire others to finish life strong, healthy, and vibrant.She joined Tom in Paper Jam, a classic rock band, in 2011. In 2018, the band rebranded and became Party Line. Also, in 2018, she and Tom put together an acoustic band called Home by Daylight with Michael Cleary, an early member of Paper Jam. She currently serves as Justice of the Peace on the Benton County Quorum Court for District 5 (Northwest Rogers).    Toastmasters is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help people become better public speakers. There are clubs all over the world. The tools are great, it\'s inexpensive, and you can customize your learning experience so it best meets your needs. My current club is Pinnacle Toastmasters Club.
