Furthermore, I am responsible for managing all TowerPinkster\'s human resources functions, while fostering an engaging environment and creative culture to empower employees to be successful. As an HR Leader, I provide assistance in employee career planning and development to improve TowerPinkster performance and productivity, as well as strategic planning. Since 1953, TowerPinkster has been creating vibrant places for people to live, work and play. Our doors opened with just six people, and now we have over 70 of the best employees in Michigan. As a creative solutions firm, it is our mission to create innovative, integrated and environmentally responsible solutions for our clients and our communities. No two days are the same around our offices, but our philosophy about what we do and how we do it remains constant. We believe we can never do less than our best.for every client, every time. Through teamwork and collaboration, we are committed to the design of exceptional, high-performance environments that are in–line with our client’s goals and objectives.
