With a foundation in journalism and a career rooted in marketing strategy and execution for professional services and technology organizations, I have built a diverse and comprehensive skill set that bridges both creative and operational aspects of marketing. In my early career, I focused on driving marketing initiatives that delivered measurable results and positioned brands for success.After several years in in-house marketing roles, I transitioned to a full-service marketing agency where I served as an Account Director, managing client accounts for over a decade. This experience provided me with deep insights into client needs, project dynamics, and the importance of building strong, collaborative relationships.For the past four years, I have served as the Head of Resource Management, a role that positions me at the heart of agency management and operations. I have honed my expertise in project management systems and processes. My role is key in setting a strong foundation for how our agency manages and tracks client projects, due dates, budgets, and resources.Beyond resource management, my responsibilities encompass a broad range of important functions, including- Learning and Development: Coordinating internal programming to foster continuous professional growth and skill enhancement within our team- Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and effectively, setting them up for success from day one- Recruiting: Leading recruitment efforts to source top talent that aligns with our agency’s vision and values, thereby strengthening our team\'s capabilities- Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with employees, contractors, candidates, and agency stakeholders to drive collaboration and mutual success.My leadership and work style is characterized by a proactive approach, attention to detail, and authenticity.
