Project and Program Manager, Project Director-Led several programs involving the opening of new clinical spaces overseeing the build, deployment and testing of the IT systems needed at the new location -Managed a large roll-out of the Epic instance and system configuration to an affiliate organization. The implementation included all revenue, clinical and ancillary applications in one, comprehensive Epic suite of tools. Contributed to the operational, training, testing and third party prep of the organization for the large undertaking of transitioning to Epic-Managed several Epic application projects including Case Management, Grand Central for EVS and Transport and Research-Managed an operational project related to the documentation of End-tidal CO2 with Alaris hardware. Included policy writing and approval-Managed the Epic Refresh program focusing on completing the client\'s use of new Epic functionality, improving Epic Gold Star status, and projects that have positive patient-safety, end-user satisfaction and financial impacts-Worked closely with the Project Management Office and Strategy and Planning teams to improve and develop processes for the project-management life cycle including document standards, tool creation and team development. Assisted in the implementation of ServiceNow\'s Strategic Portfolio Management suite as part of this work.
