Process documentation - Ensure everything from ceremonies to project alignment notes are immortalized in Confluence.Platform Lifecycle Management Program - Work with Leads and Managers by implementing a program of recurring lifecycle tasks to promote a more proactive environment.Foster and maintain a productive and positive working relationships with cross-banner team members, stakeholders, and leadership.Leverage PowerBI to inform engineers, managers, and leadership of important team metrics such as sprint audits, Quarterly Portfolio Planning, and the overall tracking of team Objectives and Key Results.Collaborate with cross-banner team members, as well as leadership, to assist in understanding customer priorities as well as negotiating resource capacity, not only on a project by project basis but also for quarterly planning.Regularly monitor and audit, not only project data, but resource data to ensure accuracy and clear reporting.Identify and escalate project/resource risk.
