   Direct global training operations for Insurance TPA. Oversee all training programs for the life insurance TPA including all strategic training efforts. Embrace creativity and innovation from the training team. Direct full service training functions including: LMS, eLearning creation, microlearnings, insurance domain knowledge and system training. Built a leading compliance training program to grow our employees understanding of the regulatory environment. This includes training on fraud, privacy, security, AML, and more. Partner with executive leadership on training needs, methodologies, and optimization. Drive transformational strategic initiatives for training delivery, such as digitalization and the creation of a new knowledge management system. Oversee multiple project initiatives at the global level to coordinate with multiple Geos. Oversee and implemented a business continuity plan for the insurance TPA as well as annual updates and testing. Provide Business leadership with critical information to ensure the success of the BCP within insurance.
