I manage the Employee Communication team within Corporate Communicate at Kiewit, one of the largest construction and engineering firms in North America. I support and manage strategic communication efforts for staff and field operating districts across multiple employee communication channels, including communication plans, print and digital publications and video production. I support internal and external communication for the chairman of the board, and provide frequent support to the chairman and other executives across all eight of Kiewit and its subsidiaries’ operating markets and various departments including Human Resources, Benefits, Recruiting, Environmental and Safety. I teach a Writing Like a Professional class within our corporate field supervisor school, a contributing writer for Kieways, Kiewit\'s external magazine, and I assist internal clients with various strategic communication initiatives.
