As a tenured retail and entertainment executive, I have had the privilege of leading large-scale organizations made up of high performing teams at world-class companies, including Cedar Fair and The Walt Disney Company. Throughout the last 27 years, I have developed and executed product and brand strategies for everything from product and e-commerce launches to premium experiences, like Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa and Disney Cruise Line and international expansions in Hong Kong and Tokyo. My expertise in driving and delivering best-in-class experiences led me to be the first female General Manager of Cedar Point in 150 years, a role in which I led our parks teams through a global pandemic while driving extraordinary results and developing the talents of our senior leadership team. The sum of my experiences has resulted in exceptional leadership capabilities and a unique blend of creative, financial, strategic and operational skills that allow me to identify business opportunities and drive guest-centric results through action against brand need.
