I like puzzles and riddles. Okay, I am a little obsessive about solving them. I have a stubborn, stay up all night, forget to eat way of working through them until I get an answer. I do not like to leave things unfinished. That comes from being a farmer\'s daughter. I was raised to take great satisfaction in hard work and complete every task to the best of my abilities. The farm is also where I learned to appreciate the many hats a small business owner needs to wear. Depending on the project, I watched Dad go from accountant to veterinarian to laborer without a thought. Its that kind of flexibility and strength that makes these owners and their companies the backbone of our economy. Every day, I strive to find creative ways to showcase and support those business owners. Their hard work and invention fuel our community and power the changes needed to make it stronger. Working for MMAC allows me to combine their many voices into one megaphone around the issues most important to their growth and stability. I have 20+ years’ experience marketing to the business community with a proven record of developing strong brands and strategies with a limited budget and resources. New challenges are my happy place – especially when I can use innovative technology to solve them. Whether jizsaws or branding strategies - at its heart, these are all just puzzles that need to be solved. And I love every minute of it.
