With over 14 years of experience in software development and technical support, I am a Support Engineer team lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where I help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues with their services and integrate the services with AWS organization.I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science (MS) in Business Analytics from Purdue University, as well as a certificate in Applied Data Science from MIT Professional Education. I also have a background in mathematics and computer science, and I am proficient in Ruby and Python.
