In 2023, I was asked to restart Goodwill\'s Project Management Office. During the past year, we have developed processes for project prioritization, created a suite of project and change management tools, and executed on key projects that drive organizational goals. In 2024, I took additional responsibilities for enterprise strategic planning. I love having a job that provides enterprise focus and drives measurable positive outcomes!Current initiatives:Project manager for retail pricing project that leverages data insights provided by our guided pricing solution. Project manager for store production redesign project.Supporting executives through the 2026 strategic planning process by simplifying the process and creating new, intuitive templates.Designing a project and change management course for enterprise use.Key accomplishments:Project manager for $2.5M guided pricing software and hardware implementation at 70 retail stores. Project manager for the 2024 closure of laundry operations and plant.During 2024, the PMO led projects to: provide early access to earned wages, open a new store in Chicago, move customer loyalty program to a web-based solution, implement upgrades to D365, and roll out unlimited PTO to upper leadership.
