As co-founder and Managing Partner of Afton Partners, I\'m on a mission to build more sustainable, effective, and equitable social systems.By bringing people and data together to make sound decisions, we help build durable systems and services for communities across the country. At Afton, we combine deep public policy, finance, and governance expertise, research and analytics, and community engagement to solve our toughest societal challenges. Our work spans early childhood education, K-12, higher education, and workforce development sectors. As a national expert in education finance and governance systems, I\'m passionate about creating solutions that advance justice and equity.
