I started my company\'s first Employee Resource Group with five other women. Eighteen months later, we had 150+ members, a mentorship program, monthly events, and we\'d successfully pushed for company-wide salary transparency. That experience showed me what I\'m really good at: building engaged communities and creating the systems to scale them.My background is kind of all over the place - tech, nonprofit, healthcare, public sector. But the common thread is I\'m drawn to work where I can bring people together, design programming they actually care about, and create real impact. Whether that\'s facilitating professional development workshops, hosting a weekly web series, coordinating international teams, or advocating for policy changes, I focus on what makes communities work: authentic relationships, strategic content, and measuring what matters.Right now I\'m managing international operations for Verité\'s workplace assessment division across four continents. Before that, I spent 7 years at PC Connection where I led a team supporting $210M in revenue, delivered 550+ hours of training, and founded that ERG. I\'ve earned 3 Microsoft Excellence MVP awards and once coordinated a crisis response that restored a client\'s operations within 48 hours of a ransomware attack.What I bring to community work that\'s different: I combine the people-first thinking with operational rigor. I don\'t just create programming - I build the infrastructure to scale it. I don\'t just track engagement - I use that data to iterate and improve.
