Drawing on my decades of onsite and operational experience, I understand the daily challenges property teams face - from resident retention to compliance, budgeting, and vendor coordination. My goal is simple: to make pest control seamless and strategic—one less thing for property teams to worry about—while building strong partnerships, delivering responsive service, and helping communities stay ahead of issues before they impact operations.I\'m excited to bring my property management perspective to the vendor side and to support multifamily teams in a new way.
