   I lead a 20‑person, globally distributed data organization composed of ETL and BI developers across onshore and offshore teams, with accountability for delivery, data quality, and alignment to evolving business needs. My role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and governance, requiring both operational execution and strategic leadership.In parallel with team leadership, I am actively leading and shaping enterprise Data Governance efforts, moving the organization from largely ad‑hoc data practices toward a more intentional, business‑aligned governance model. I established and co‑led a cross‑functional Data Working Group, bringing together stakeholders from Business Analytics, Data Services, Architecture, MIS, and Finance to improve alignment and shared ownership of data assets.What differentiates my role is the combination of people leadership, delivery ownership, and governance leadership. I am not only responsible for a large, distributed team executing ETL and BI work, but also for shaping how data is defined, managed, and trusted across the organization.
