ABOUT CARRIE KROEKER

With over 20 years of work experience in facility management (FM), project management, and customer service, I am a seasoned Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services. In my current role, I oversee the FM operations and project delivery for a portfolio of clients across various sectors, such as telecom, retail, healthcare, and education. I leverage my auditing and team building skills to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of FM, from budgeting and scheduling to risk management and vendor relations. I also partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative FM solutions that align with the clients\' goals and needs. As a VP of FM Project Management, I led the FM project management team at Cushman & Wakefield and QSI Facilities, where I managed multiple large-scale and complex FM projects for Verizon, one of the largest wireless providers in the US. I was responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the FM project lifecycle, from initiation and design to completion and closure. I also coordinated with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of FM services and solutions. My core competencies include FM strategy, project management, auditing, customer service, and team building. I am passionate about delivering FM excellence and creating value for my clients and company. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges in the FM field.
