Overall responsibility for the strategic development, provision and management of the delivery of an efficient, effective, high quality and integrated Recruitment Service.To drive and implement continuous improvement and innovation throughout the delivery of the service.To lead service planning and delivery of a range of Recruitment Services, including delivery of service plan objectives, specific projects and ensure performance of the service is in line with corporate objectives and targets. Manage client relationships. Develop effective networks and build relationships with key service managers and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.
