In my role as Director, Population Health at The Baldwin Group, I help organizations turn data into practical wellbeing and chronic condition strategies that fit their unique culture and goals. I work closely with employers and internal analytics teams to use medical and pharmacy claims, predictive modeling, and clinical risk reporting to surface risk, reduce wasteful spend, and support healthier, more engaged workforces.My background includes clinical roles at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital and Mayo Clinic, pharmacy network coordination, occupational health and safety program leadership, and catastrophic case management—giving me a 360° view of how people experience care and benefits.
