Accomplishments• Created and led first nutrition department and a student-athlete development unit, resources and staff, improving the holistic development and support of student-athletes at Fresno State.• Led initiative to improve collaboration with admissions and enrollment division and streamline admission, matriculation, and registration processes and timelines; particularly for transfers, out-of-state and international student-athletes. • Cultivated relationships that lead to giving for student-athlete support areas of scholarship, nutrition, sport performance and career services, facilities and sport teams during tenure at Fresno State.• Developed a competitive success initiative focused on improving all Mountain West sports with educational elements regarding RPI metrics, selection criteria and guidance for strategic non-conference scheduling.• Chaired the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Committee in 2018 and the NCAA Women’s Soccer Committee in 2005; managing the charge of the committee members and contributing to the selection, seeding and bracketing of the tournament field and administration of the respective NCAA championships. • Served as Vice-Chair of NCAA Division I Championships/Sports Management Cabinet; Administrative Committee member to set goals, communication principles and expectations for the committees reporting to the Cabinet and providing oversight and direction for the administration of the NCAA’s Division I championships. • Served as Chief of Sport Services during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games and collaborated with the Salt Lake Organizing Committee staff on the planning and execution of the Olympic figure skating events.• Raised over $650K for the US Figure Skating Memorial Fund by producing a star-studded figure skating exhibition at Madison Square Garden in 2001.
