ABOUT CARRIE CLEVELAND
I have worked with health systems, GPOs, health plans, healthcare providers and vendors to improve their performance and strategies. My career has been equally split between sales, consulting and working within the provider organizations affording a unique understanding of client needs. I have enjoyed my work with physicians and hospital leadership creating integration strategies to improve outcomes and continuity of care, as well as negotiating with GPOs and vendors to find solutions. I have expertise in contracting, negotiations, medical devices, clinical integration, physician governance, physician practice acquisition, financial modeling, compensation planning, benchmarking, outcomes improvement and transition planning.
