Coordinate and clearly communicate flyer promotions, new programs, and stock updates to support stores in execution• Perform analysis on Veal program, sell through analysis on beef grinds, tracked weekly by-store performance on fresh Chuck burger program• Assist Category Manager in updating & maintaining weekly costs. I forecast features to help buyers procure product for stores to sell. I monitor the sell through of features to responsibility manage profitability and be able to react timely to potential over or understocks. • Responsible for ensuring the Fresh Meat flyer items are executed including: accurate forecasts, providing quantities to replenishment, bookings to stores, flyer proofing, and execution of retails and signs to store level • Valued for taking initiative and making a positive impact on projects, consistently seeing tasks through to completion
