Use mission-aligned pedagogy and best practices to develop professional learning resources and sessions to increase educators’ understanding, effectiveness, and confidence in teaching engineering, computational thinking, and/or STEM and to increase the presence of Engineering is Elementary (EiE) and Youth Engineering Solutions (YES) in educational spaces nationwide.• Design and lead professional learning sessions for formal and informal educators and teacher educators in face-to-face, synchronous virtual, and asynchronous virtual formats. Collect evaluation data and support grant reporting. • Engage in outreach to promote and support the introduction of engineering education in preK-8 classrooms, out-of-school time, and teacher education spaces using EiE/YES materials. Work closely with the Director of Professional Learning to create and expand an EiE/YES professional learning community and the development of resources for affiliates. Work with interested parties to explore and secure funding and generate plans for professional learning. • Disseminate the EiE/YES program through presentations, conferences, and written communication to potential clients, funders, researchers, and partners.• Create video-based educator professional learning resources that support growth of knowledge and product implementation.• Ensure EiE/YES/MOS offerings reflect current developments and best practices in preK-12 STEM education, research, and professional learning.
